Wesley was the technician that arrived on time and he was very patient, informative, and friendly! He did a great job and was very efficient at it. They sent me an email reminding me to schedule my maintenance which I appreciated and sent a text letting me know his name and that he was on the way to my house which I appreciated.

Soto HVAC is incredible. I recently had an issue crop up and Wesley was amazing to deal with. He picked up the phone after 9pm at night and was at my house promptly the next day to fix my issue. He was professional and just an overall great person to deal with. I’ll use them for all my needs because of Wesley!

We just had a wonderful experience with Richard, SOTO LLC. Called the office and advised them that our thermostat was not working. Within 30 minutes Richard was at our door smiling. He was professional, wore foot coverings to enter our home, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. He quickly changed out our thermostat in record time to a newer model and left no mess at all. We look forward to using SOTO, LLC for future maintenance. Thank you Richard ????? you made a raving fan today!!
