Highly recommended. We were in a pinch to get my son’s first hair cut done before family pictures and Traci booked us right away and did an amazing job. My son was fussing but herself and the staff did a great job keeping his spirits high.

I mean, what happened to all the other stylists that worked here for a period of time? We loved seeing miss Victoria and miss Caitlyn! It tore my kids up to findout they no longer worked here suddenly. I’ve seen other stylists here and it just is not the same experience. Other stylists have been moody (seemingly over it) and given poor quality cuts. I even overheard them speaking of not wantiny to do hair anymore which threw me off majorly. anyone knows where miss Victoria or Caitlyn went please let me know 🙏🏻 we want that good experience back!

I do not like reviews that hinder anyone from making their own experienced opinion. I took two of my grandkids in last week to spoil them for a day! I walked out with having to go buy a men head trimmer bc his hair was gaped. That was on top of what I spent. My grand daughter got her ear pierced 69$ and she's ended up consulting with the school nurse that the stud is not long enough & her ears wouldn't heal properly. After speaking with her hair stylist, we were told today to try Purple Haze to get industrial studs, so now more money spent on top of that also! Her earrings are sinking into her piecing, swelling her ear & causing pain. I spent almost 200$ last week plus more to correct a hair cut & now to buy PROPER earrings! This is our experience & we choose not to ever return.

Very disappointed in my daughter’s first haircut. Had to go back twice for them to fix it and still have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Our daughter sat very still and very well behaved. Everyone was nice but thats the only reason I’m giving two stars. Went there because they have good ratings and were recommended but will not be going back.

Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great. We arrived early for a 4:00 appointment but didn’t get started until around 4:28. The haircut felt rushed, and my son’s hair wasn’t dried before we left. Once it dried in the car, we saw that it was uneven and not what we expected. That said, we did appreciate that they refunded us without issue. While the customer service in that regard was good, the overall experience was disappointing.
