Very disappointed in how things turned out. They called me informing me I had an opportunity for a role. Said I was interested, did the interview, got a call the next day saying I got the job. Did an entire background check, did every single paperwork they requested of me to do. I was in contact with them almost every day. Even had a start date. Waiting almost a month to start. Left my part time since I was starting a full time and turned down other full time job opportunities because I accepted the opportunity with Robert Haff. Then they called me 6 days before my start date to inform me that I basically do not have a job because the company I was supposed to work for put a pause on their hiring. And that I should continue searching for other roles. I can understand things happen. But to make a person go through pretty much the entire onboarding process to then tell them they don’t have a job and not even inform them or reassure them they will continue looking for roles for them or reassure them they will make things right and find an opportunity for you as soon as possible is disappointing. I’m just informed to go about my business pretty much and not hear from them again. I lost other opportunities waiting on something that was guaranteed that I had. When something like this occurs, Robert Haff should take the responsibility in finding another position for their candidate because it’s the right thing to do. I’m writing this review because of the way the phone call was addressed. It’s like there was a lot of apologies but no solutions. I turned down two other positions since I accepted Robert Haffs position. And I can’t even go back to those options.

One thing that I feel is unprofessional when agencies that don’t follow up when they say they will. It just like applying for a job either a follow up email or notification if going another route. Companies have not integrity or being honest with people. Looking for work is a daily task and companies has not consideration for people anymore.

I had a recruiter cancel on me two different times and one was 30 minutes before. I would never work with this recruiting company, time is valuable and I moved my schedule around to accommodate.

The local office had a resource available within 24 hours BOTH times we called them. BOTH candidates were excellent. One was temp and the other now works for us full time. The Greenville team is outstanding.

Save yourself the time of going to this place. Been 3 months unemployed and when they finally found me something I couldn’t get in touch with my recruiter because she went on vacation and the position was filled. Will NEVER use them again.
