I had a wonderful experience at River Falls Spa in Greenville. I received a specialty facial from Sharon, and it was absolutely amazing. Sharon was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire treatment.
Kim at the front desk was also incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Both Sharon and Kim provided exceptional customer service and made the experience feel personal and relaxing.

My experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment I walked into the spa, the staff made me feel welcomed, calm, and completely at ease. Shannon took exceptional care of me. I came in with tension in my neck and shoulders from stress and grief, and she helped me relax and feel genuinely cared for.
After my massage, I enjoyed the sauna and the lounge area—I honestly could have stayed all day. I’ve visited many spas throughout my life, but River Falls has been my best experience by far.
