Rite Rug was recommended to us by our realtor. They were prompt with appointments, had a great selection of carpets to choose from, and the prices were reasonable. They installed carpet in one room of the house and then did a special job removing carpet, tack, and staples from the hardwood floors in the other rooms. They did a good job overall, cleaned up after, and we were very satisfied with the job.
We recommend RiteRug to everyone. We don't think you will get a better deal or customer service. Workmen were on time, professional and respectful of our property. They also cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were satisfied before leaving.
Recently had flooring done working with Jim Schlenker. His knowledge of the business and his customer contact skills are the best. His crew arrived on time, did a professional job, cleaned up thoroughly all in a timely manner. Can't ask for more than that.
