Waxer was nice but the wax itself I think was not hot enough. I've gotten many Brazilian waxes over the years and that one has never been that painful. Just her dragging the wax on my hair hurt. I said the wax isn't hot enough she said yeah I like to keep the temp as low as possible. She waxed the same spot three times my skin felt so raw afterwards. It hurt so bad.
Edit: I put 2 stars but I gotta edit it to 1 star. It's been a few hours and it now hurts to sit. I could barely rinse in the shower it hurts so bad. Like I said I've gotten many, many waxes over the years and I've never experienced this type of pain before.

Some of the rudest staff, the receptionist refused to give me her name or let me speak with manager, when asked her managers name she said she didn’t know it, I asked who don’t know the name of the persons name you work for and her response was yup.. you call this specific location and they always answer with an attitude.. none of the other locations have this type of staff

I got a sugar wax, and the process hurt, she put a lot of baby powder down in my bag area. That stuff can cause cancer. Then a day later I receive a cyst on my lip.. I don’t recommend.

Went there for a wax as i always did. The girl i was going to moved places so i had to visit someone new (which was not an issue) i got my regular wax NOTHING NEW and in the middle i realized a pull was really painful and the lady ripped me so bad there was blood everywhere!!! After she did it, she stated that it was “normal”. I’ve been getting waxed for years and never had that happen to me. So now i will never go back. They charged me and all which I’m still upset about. This place is the worst and i wish i could give 0 stars. Train them better!
