I have been extremely happy with Right at Home. The entire process from initial evaluation to where we are now (established, satisfied customer) has been completed in a professional manner. Many suggestions were given on resources available based on mom’s health status during initial evaluation
Caregivers have been prompt for each appointment and the one time there was a miss, I received a call advising me of the situation. I appreciate the fact that I can schedule special coverage days easily and Right at Home tries to send the same caregiver when possible.
