Tyler Poston from Rainbow Restoration came out and cleaned our ducts for us and was one of the kindest, most professional people I have ever had come to work on my home. He was thorough, accommodating, and helped explain what he would be doing throughout the process. He left everything in my home better than how he found it and was careful with anything he had to move around. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Poston and Rainbow Restoration to any of my friends or family. We can't thank Rainbow Restoration for making our house safe and whole again after the hurricane damage. Especially their team headed by Michael managing and worked so hard with the insurance company to ensure we were compensated fairly. We had a fire in our home and our insurance company sent out rainbow restoration. So far I've Met Chris who came out the day after the fire to take pictures of the damage and then yesterday I met Samantha who came to tag the furniture that was being taking to their site to clean. Samantha's cheerful personality and kindness was so helpful in this first step of the process. I am very happy to have this company helping us out and I would really love if Samantha would continue working with us throughout the rest of the process!

I had a pipe to come apart in my home and Rainbow sent John out after midnight and he came and worked until 4am very professional and courteous I know he was tired but he explained everything and was back out at 9am to gry out and remove damaged parts I would recommend John for a job well done if I could give a 10 he deserves it very knowledgeable and eased my nerves thanks John for a job well done and keeping me posted and informed very good company and would recommend them for any job
