I was impressed by Puroclean when I used them for damage from a water heater almost 10 years ago, so I didn’t hesitate to call them when an overflowing toilet tank destroyed the ceiling of my garage. Jason was here within an hour for assessment, Joey followed through immediately with an estimate for my insurance company (Puroclean is a member of Allstate’s Good Hands Repair Network, so they were able to work seamlessly with my claim contact), and Ethan arrived soon after to remove sheet rock and install fans and dehumidifiers. PuroClean of Greer and Greenville are excellent to work with, and I highly recommend their services. The ownership has extensive insurance experience and knowledge, as a former practicing insurance agent (still licensed) to assist homeowners and business owners in navigating the claims process. PuroClean services are second to none.
