I interviewed with this company for a Configuration Management Analyst position in the Spring. Went through as far as "final" interviews and Q&A with the managers and teammates from SC and CA. After taking half a day off for the back-to-back interviews , not even a phone call or email from the recruiter or manager to let me know of the result. As interesting a company this is, the managerial indifference is disappointing.Position was later broken into two and reposted a week later. Based on LinkedIn and Glassdoor reviews for this company, it seems like it was for the better.

I’ve been employed at Proterra since 2012 and have seen great improvements from year to year. We have a diverse group of individuals working here from many different backgrounds, which I feel is essential for growth and development. I take pride in seeing one of our vehicles on Laurens Road every evening as I leave work. It’s definitely a place to plant your feet and grow with a company if you’re looking for stability and longevity.
