Fantastic company to do business with and one that we HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We used Pro Heating and Air conditioning once again for an AC issue. This was our second time using this fantastic company.
Our first experience with this company was last October (2024).
Our AC went out and we reached out to the builder. The builder highly recommended Pro Heating and Air Conditioning and provided us with their contact information. we called immediately, spoke with Cody. He informed us that he would be out later that day to evaluate the situation (our pipes had been freezing up and little if any cold air).
Steve and his team have performed maintenance for my family and I for 30+ years. He is responsive and is able to correct issues in a timely manner. He does a great job communicating options when a system is near end of life, and lets the customer decide what fits best for them.
There is no one else in Greenville that I trust to maintain and install new units when needed.
