Prisma Health Greenville Family Medicine is an outstanding facility with a caring team that makes patients feel seen and heard. Dr. Nalley is a family doctor who actually listens and has made life better. Dr. Hood is a phenomenal practitioner who makes patients feel prioritized and cared for, working through many issues and diagnoses. Dr. Beth Motley is awesome and looks for the root causes of chronic illness. The nurses are 10/10, with Nurse Joy being down to earth and genuine. From the entry receptionist to checkout, everyone is professional, thorough, and polite. The team creates a safe space, putting patients at ease during stressful times.
Dr Nalley is the first family doctor that I’ve had that actually listens and has made my life better for it. I’ve moved my whole family over to her office. Edit: ABOVE and beyond any doctor I’ve ever encountered. Edit: still extremely happy with this office and provider. The nurses are 10/10 also:)

This is an outstanding facility. Everyone was so professional, thorough, & polite. I feel so blessed to have such a caring team look after me & my family.
Dr. Hood is a phenomenal practitioner, she has made me feel more seen and heard than any primary care physician I have ever had. She's worked with me through many issues and more than one diagnosis. She has always makes her patients feel prioritized and cared for.
Nurse Joy is also a delight. So incredibly down to earth and genuine, the team here truly makes you feel like you're in a safe space.
For so many of us the Dr is anxiety inducing and often we are there bc something is wrong. The last thing you want is a bad experience at the Dr office. Thank you Greenville Family Medicine for putting me at ease through some of the most stressful points in my life.
