Tyler was great in quickly identifying the issue of a failed compressor. A very persistent salesman, he provided several options to replace the system. Ultimately, we went with another company that was able to provide a variable speed system and zone controls we needed for just a bit more than what we were quoted for a single speed system.
Konto was very professional and figured out the issue right away. This is the second equipment issue with our HVAC in less than 3 months and Dipple was quick to service and repair. Highly recommend!
