We couldn't be happier with our new screen porch. Charlie and his crew delivered really quality work at a fair price. Our project was challenging because the porch was constructed to replace a second-level deck, so there were a lot of challenges to work through. We also had some really specific ideas on materials and construction—any input we brought to Precision was met with either a can-do attitude or thoughtful feedback on alternate solutions to get the results we wanted.
The work is beautiful and Charlie communicated well whenever there were issues to work through. Highly recommended!

We’ve been in our home for 13 years and have struggled with a pocket door at the entrance to our master bath the entire time. It was sticking and dragging, and was slowly getting worse. I had Charlie of Precision Carpentry give me an estimate on replacing the pocket door with a regular door. While inspecting the bathroom his trained eye noticed a definite slope to the floor due to settling of the foundation under one wall. We had Charlie and his team place supports in the crawl space to slightly raise the wall and support it to avoid further settling. Charlie and his crew did an amazing job fixing and replacing eaves damaged by the storm. More importantly, Charlie noticed inadequate work done by the roofing company that needed to be fixed before he could begin his work. I appreciate his expertise and the level of craftsmanship that he brought to repairing our home.
