The staff was very friendly and welcoming to me, my sister, and my grandmother. There was zero wait time and I love the way my nails turned out! The new management has had an amazing impact on the company.

I have enjoyed going to Polished for the past 13 years! although Kevin , the owner has been doing my nails for the past 20+ years and I have followed him everywhere he went! The staff is extremely friendly, and will treat you right! ❤️

I walked in on a Friday and was promptly seen and taken care of. They did a wonderful job with dip. I'm glad they didn't use a gel top coat on the dip because that never lasts for me. I'm very pleased. The whole service, soaking off my last dip to doing a new dip on my nails only took an hour.
