Ashley is the absolute best! She's great with our little boy and getting his hair cut is a breeze, even with his constant moving she gets it done. She takes her time to make sure its right and looks fabulous! Always a pleasure getting his hair cut. We wouldn't go any other place :) Ashley has been cutting his hair since his first cut! She's very professional and friendly and great with kids!

The WORST customer service experience. I was treated like an unwanted rodent because I was a few minutes late. Getting a toddler together and making it down Augusta during rush hour is no easy task, yet the receptionist treated me as if I had committed a crime. I stayed calmed and poised yet her nastiness drew the attention of another customer and the hairstylist. I am not angry about the late policy, what I am furious about is the poor treatment of customers. I cannot justify giving my money to a business that treats customers like that, especially when there's so many other options. PLEASE GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES A COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Love love love this place!! My son is only 20 months old and getting a haircut a haircut is completely new to him. this could’ve been such a stressful thing for him, but this team made it go by in such a breeze!! The first haircut package is the CUTEST!!

Can’t recommend this place enough. Had an appointment at another children’s salon this morning that never showed up to open the place, so I ended up finding this place and was able to get a last minute appointment and drove straight there. My little guy was the only one in the salon at the time and was upset & having a hard time with the first haircut so they turned on ms.Rachel for us and they were all dancing and singing along trying to help cheer him up. It’s hard to find people these days willing to go above and beyond like that and having fun so I really appreciated it. The salon itself is so cute as well and they give the kids little prizes after their haircut. We will only be coming here from now on. Thanks again!

We have been bringing our son to Pigtails and Crewcuts for a long time. First in Nc and now in Greenville. We really appreciate how patient and nice they are with kids…. Especially those that do not really appreciate haircuts.

My son loves to get his haircut here, but horrible customer service today. We were seven minutes late and apparently they auto reschedule you if you are more than five. We’ve waited for over thirty minutes past our scheduled appointment time here before. Insane they couldn’t make a two minute exception due to rush hour traffic. I would also add that they have proactively cancelled on me on more than one occasion due to a stylist being sick which I understand but come on
