Toni is the best. I took my little fur babies to her for the first time and I promise it won't be my last. I would recommend anybody to go see her.

Teri is really nice and a wealth of information! She allowed me to stay the whole time which helped SO much with my dogs anxiety. I highly recommend her for anyone with a medium or small sized dog!

The owner groomer allowed me to stay and comfort my dog while she was grooming him. She was very gentle and took great care to do a good job of grooming my dog and she is very friendly.

I used this groomer once and I won’t be going back and here’s why. She insisted that I stay with my dog because she was under a year so I did and helped out throughout the whole process. However I did not get any discount for doing half the work. Then I asked if the next time I can leave my puppy there without staying and she said that would be fine as my dog was not a lot of trouble.
Fast forward a month or two later I call Toni up and request another grooming. She’s yelling over dogs in the background barking, and telling me I will have to stay with my puppy again. I remind her of what she said last time and now she says that it’s because my puppy (15lbs) is too heavy (ok, understandable but not what she said before). She then proceeds to interrupt me multiple times on the phone until I end the phone call.
She calls me back at the end of the day. I tell her I no longer need her services and without another word she very rudely hangs up.
Toni, as a groomer is alright. If you have to stay there with your dog be prepared to listen to a lot of uneducated advice as she’s kind of a know it all and says a lot of opinions as if they are facts and tells you what to do and not to do with your animal as if she is a vet.
Tldr: Toni needs to do a lot of work on her customer service. She’s very opinionated. She’s loud and rude on the phone and very hard to schedule a time with.
