I am so grateful for Pet Suites!! The facility and the care our pets is awesome!! The staff is so courteous, caring, and attentive to each and every fur baby that enters the door!! They take time and don’t rush !! Awesome place! Live Pet Suites and all the staff…. Also, the groomers are awesome, too!??

Through the years we’ve brought several dogs to PetSuites and had very good experiences. But nothing could top our stay last weekend with Ernie. Just one hour after dropoff the staff observed some blood in Ernie’s stool and immediately texted us telling us they were giving him close observation. On Saturday we were at dinner and got another text updating us that Ernie was improving but was still under observation. On Sunday we exchanged texts again and out of total interest for Ernie’s condition because of his heart murmur, Manager Alana called for an appointment and took Ernie herself to the Upstate Vet Emergency hospital. We have used Pet Suites for over a year now. We have two large German Shepards who love going there. The staff takes incredibly good care of them. They get extremely excited when they see they are going there. I while heartedly recommend Pet Suites for your pet whether it's daily play, grooming or a long stay.
