Pet Paradise Greenville

Been going to pet paradise for over 5 years with all my dogs, pet boarding and day care. Noticed a decline over the last couple of years. But this time was the worst for our 5 month old puppy, he was fully potty trained and kennel trained. He was dropped off for the weekend to do some socializing and have a small taste of being away from us. But now is peeing in the house and to afraid to go in his kennel. When I picked him up he was covered in his own urine, some dry and some still wet. He must have been just kenneled the majority of the time he was there. The only reason it's 2 stars is he came back in one piece

Every individual person that I encountered at pet Paradise was extremely kind, animal compassionate, and eager to help me with the transition of my dogs, coming to their facility for the first time.. I was so impressed and even after picking my babies up at the end of the day still so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and their experience overall… Great team

We used Pet Paradise on an overnight trip to Greenville. Our dog was excited to go back with the attendant. The facility smelled and looked clean. The play and pool areas are great. Bento was happy and healthy when we picked him up! Prices are comparable to other amenity rich pet resorts.

Clean. Easy check in and out. But watching on the webcam at group play, the humans don’t interact much with the dogs. No petting or playing with the dogs. And the water bowl is constantly empty. My dog comes home and drinks whole bowls of water afterward. Also very pricey with not much of a price break for multiple days.

My pup Aspen has been going to Pet Paradise for years. Recently she was attacked by an older dog - 2 staples later and just missing her eye. I first off want to say the Vet on sight was 5/5 Stars.
However I was not happy with the response of the Assistant Manager. When asked how will this be handled in the future? She responded wed we are always full because it's 10$ off, maybe Aspen can go on a different day. Why should she have to go on a different day? Why is an older dog who they say gets grumpy, in with younger dogs??
I feel there is too many dogs to one worker on Wednesdays. Then the Assistant manager said I owed them for the day she was there, when another worker said I didnt owe anything for that day. I didnt pay. Nobody even called to check up on my pup. Highly disappointed. There are great workers there, but as far as management and one worker to many dogs, very disappointed!

March 2026- Pet Paradise provided loving, individualized attention while boarding my very spoiled, needy dog. They worked hard to convince him to eat, gave him pets and love, and provided me daily email updates and photos to let me know he was ok. These updates enabled me to actually relax and enjoy myself on my trip instead of worrying about him the whole time. Great service.

The first time I booked they forgot to do a teeth cleaning and today they canceled my grooming appointment on me last minute. If it’s not one thing it’s another

We have used Pet Paradise for years and couldn't be happier with the great care from the staff, professionalism and kindness! And our pup always returns home happy and healthy! Use them!

Got asked twice now to leave a good google review for either points on my account, or a free day of daycamp. other parents were being asked too. soliciting good Google reviews is not okay as a business

My dogs always enjoy going to play! The staff knows us by name and is happy to see us. Cookie is always wagging her tail!
