I recently worked with Pella Windows Greenville through a builder for a complete home renovation and have been impressed with the experience with excellent communication skills, and a consistently pleasant, professional demeanor. Anngie is truly top‑notch – responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.
As with any large renovation, we ran into a couple of issues, likely related to subcontractors inattention, working with the builder for resolution and am certain that Anngie and her spouse will make everything right. Luke was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely thorough throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain all of our options, answered every question clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.

We just completed a whole-house window replacement project with Pella Greenville SC and my wife and I could not be more pleased with our decision to go with Jon Evers and Pella Windows. From the initial consultation through to quotation and contract signing, we have received timely and accurate support for our questions, which including understanding the terms of the sale, discussion of warranty, support after the sale all the way through to completion. We had the ability to go to the Pella showroom here in Greenville to see for ourselves what the product looked like how it operated (we choose casement windows - love it!) so it made the whole decision so much easier....read full review
