This company lacks organization. There is no structured training or support; I was assigned to a client's residence that should have been deemed uninhabitable. Their primary concern is financial gain, showing little regard for either the employees or the patients.

After miscommunication of even trying to get to a first meeting, we finally met. After trying to schedule the follow up with a nurse we were given several other re-scheduling excuses and eventually ghosted. Sad we have such a need for dementia care and it seems like such a hard service to find in home around here.

Don’t do service with these people!! Rude rude unprofessional service! I worked with them and nothing but stress but I loved my client until she went in the nursing home. I went full time with another company and they are fantastic. Thank God I got out but hate that my client went into a nursing home!!
