Staff has always been pleasant and provided solid guidance. I've been coming here for about 2 years now.
If you're reading this and also see some of their low scores, I've got an explanation for you - it's a bunch of Karens who often mistreat the staff. I've personally witnessed (and called out) members abusing staff. Recognize that the clientele of a place like this will bring in upper middle class snobs who think their $20 membership gives them permission to be the worst part of society.
So if you aren't a jerk and are looking for a place to tan, then you should give this place a chance.

Crystal has made the Pelham Rd. location feel like such a positive experience! She is kind and personable every single time I see her. You would never be able to tell if she was having a bad day as she is always smiling, happy and friendly. I never feel afraid to ask about a product or a bed with her because I know she will treat me the same even if I don’t purchase. Which that alone makes me WANT to buy a product from her when I can. She deserves all the praise!

The lady working in there told me that the membership for the basic tanning bed was something that teenagers purchased and that she would not recommend it, after I had already told her that's what I wanted.
