I'm 27 years old, and unfortunately, my knees had many issues from high-school sports injuries and neglecting to take care or fix them for years. I finally decided I didn't want to continue having to walk on eggshells whenever I worked out or even walked farther than half a mile to avoid pain and discomfort so I decided to try out these guy here at Movement Solutions and I've can't believe just how amazing I feel after following their instruction and letting them help me! When I discovered Movement Solutions, I was in such a bad place of complacency toward exercising. I’d retired 4 years ago after a 45 year career at a desk job, so my left side (I’m dominately right handed), had weakened causing aches and pains from lack of exercise. I’d had traditional PT locally two years prior. Thinking back on that experience, Movement Solutions stands out as such a far superior experience!

I have seen some great results with Nia at Movement Solutions. I came in with a very painful right shoulder, neck, and arm from caring for my daughter who has a spinal cord injury. She worked hard with me and I would highly recommend Movement Solutions to everyone. Not only can I help my daughter in a care giver role, pain free but we are working on some other aspects of my health as well. Staff is warm and supportive!
