I had the pleasure of them working with me for over a year. I told them my problem they handled it on the spot no going back and forth I asked for what I wanted and they got me more then expected it was a smooth ride. Thank Nicole Veillard for great communication and the respectful and positive attitude. You made me feel comfortable with asking questions as I was totally clueless. After a year and two different case managers I finally got the right case manager and Attorney I really appreciate all the hard work and dedication I was willing to accomplish less for my case but I got a call from my case manager that my check was in the mail box already and it was for the maximum amount and I asked her What was the maximum amount ? when she told me my heart dropped and I cried, and I cried, and I hollered and I cried thank you Monge and associate for everything ??? into my case manager, I will forever be grateful
Diane was very patient with me on the phone as it’s very difficult to understand me due to a vocal issue. She was very informative as to what happens next and what I should say to Sedgwick. I felt like I’m in good hands and very comfortable and confident moving forwards. Thank you for all your help Diane!!!
