I want to give a raving review for Michael’s Carpets, especially spotlighting Kevin H. A few years ago, I purchased carpet from them. Due to no fault of Michael’s, my children ended up destroying the carpet with food, drinks, and heavy traffic. When I called Kevin to explain the situation, he immediately jumped in to help me resolve the matter. Kevin’s solution was to replace the carpet free of charge. We are extremely Pleased with Michael’s Flooring and Cabinets! This is the 2nd time they have installed flooring for us for in the last few years. Chris was very Professional, Helpful, and Easy to deal with! The employees that did the work were courteous as well as doing a great job!
