I have used McCown since 1997. They’ve always served well. However, EJ came to my house this week and did an excellent job of maintenance on my two units. He asked questions about the units, and performed tests that I haven’t seen before.
He demonstrated knowledge and experience beyond the normal expectation of service. Thanks EJ!
Very good company to work with. Great customer service before and after equipment services. I appreciate the individual approach to customers as people and not a number. My units are operating great.
James was the technician that came out to service our units yesterday and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and super cordial to service our HVAC units. Highly recommend him and McCown Co. for any HVAC needs!
