About Madison Homebuilders - Greenville, SC

Madison Homebuilders is a family-owned, on-your-lot homebuilder serving the Greenville, SC area and surrounding counties. For many customers, especially first-time home builders, the company provides a positive and easy process. Reviews describe the experience as great, with employees and management noted as very friendly, professional, helpful, and nice. They walk customers through the entire process, keep communication open, answer questions promptly, and work to keep construction running and on schedule even during challenging times like material shortages.

While the overall quality work and service lead to strong recommendations, some final detail issues have been noted. These can include disappointing cleaning before move-in, with reports of mud on carpets, scuffs or residue on floors, and tape left on windows. There have also been isolated installation problems, such as with appliances. Despite these cons, customers report they could not have asked for a better experience and would still recommend the business.

Madison Homebuilders built my dream home! I have been dreaming of having my own farmhouse since I was like 10 years old and they made it happen! Every step was easy and explained in detail so there was no confusion. Mary Beth, Connor, Angie, and all worked together and helped through the whole process! I would highly recommend and would build with them again if I had to. My home is build inside and out! I can’t wait to make new memories here and make this my “Happy Place!” Forever! Thank you Madison Homebuilders!!! 💕

House turned out beautifully, nothing but wonderful things to say about Mary Beth Scherberger from start to finish she went way out of her way on anything and everything. Amy Banks who is no longer with Madison was always helpful and a joy to work with! Those two ladies I worked The most with. I didn’t care for Jeff our original salesman from Charlotte. Conner our GC was a very pleasant young man who responded and acted on any and all requests. House was supposed to have been completed by February 2026 and My son was able to close 12/18/25 ahead of schedule thanks to Conner.

I can't see how the build could've gone smoother. Foundation was dug first week in July and we moved just in time to spend Christmas in our new house. Connor was awesome to work with. The no construction loan is a huge plus also.
