They are EXCELLENT! The lady at the front was super sweet and empathetic to what had happened to my daughters senior prom dress by a different place. She even put a rush on fixing it and the cost was very fair! Didn't even charge extra for the rush! The first place cut off the "horsehair braid" from the bottom of the dress to shorten it and it made the dress look COMPLETELY different it almost looked pleated. The other place said they couldn't fix it so we took here to Lee's Tailors and they fixed it which made my daughter so happy and relieved which made me happy and relieved lol. I had a difficult alteration that I took to a popular place with good ratings near me. I was told it couldn't be done, if the seams were opened up, the material would ravel. I almost gave up and threw the garment away, but I had passed Lee's in the mall and decided to ask them. They suggested a clever way to fix the problem and did the alteration while I shopped. I was afraid it would look bad, but I couldn't even see the new stitching. It looks great!
I brought my wedding dress in for some major alterations, and WOW! I had one of my final visits today and I’m so pleased with their craftsmanship. It fit and looked amazing! 10/10 experience!
