Came in to get some loops for my jeans re-sewed, the owner was able to accommodate immediately. I know that’s not a normal expectation, but I couldn’t have been more satisfied. 10/10 service.

Have used several alterations places in town and this one is THE BEST. Her quality and talent is unmatched and the prices are VERY reasonable. She is a one woman operation so give plenty of time if you have a specific date you need your item done by. Spring is very very busy for weddings, proms, graduation etc. I have had to use other shops when pressed for time but always always come back to Jeni's. She's the best!!!
