Jantize has been great to work with. We had a minor issue after several months. Immediately after reporting it, Monica stepped in. She gave the current team a chance to make corrections, they did not, so Monica replaced them. Andres took over and has done an amazing job! He is very communicative, prompt and thorough.
Update: For some reason Jantize did not renew Andres contract. He was only with them a few months and did amazing work. The next crew that came in was not nearly as good as him. We ended up canceling with them as our contract stated we could with proper notification. Monica was great to work with and very responsive. When we attempted to get our keys back...read full review
