Went into the showroom to get info and purchase a spa for my backyard renovation project. There was a sales person chatting with a customer. There were three other employee who never acknowledge that we were in the showroom. There was a price sheet laying on spa that was clearly and internal document we picked it up and looked at prices there and still no one came over to acknowledge us. After 10 mins we left. Customer service is probably something they need to work on.

I had Hot Springs replace my older pool pump with a VS pump. Jay was the service guy and he was great. Installation easy, very helpful and knowledgeable and professional all around. He also explained the programming process as he reprogrammed the control panel. Highly recommend Hot Springs!

We had our pool pump, filter, and salt cell replaced by Hot Springs. Chris and Josh did a fantastic job and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. There was zero mess and all of the old equipment was taken away. They even stayed longer to help clean my pool after the pump was installed.

Hot Springs always delivers - prompt service and great pool technicians. We replaced our old pool pump with a variable speed pump. The salesman made sure we were eligible for a Duke rebate and took care of all the paperwork to get that done. The technician who came to install got everything set up and explained in detail. He even came back to hook up the new pump to our old pool panel so we could run it as we have done in the past. Great Job!

The sales associate was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The delivery and installation went well and the installers walked us through the operation and maintenance of the tub. They also provide free testing of your water samples anytime. We are very happy with our experience and love the new hot tub!
