I had my first Brazilian wax today and was honestly SO nervous going in—but Sandra completely changed that experience for me! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease, like I’d been coming to her for years.
She took the time to explain every step, checked in with me throughout to make sure I was okay, and kept me talking the entire time—which definitely helped distract from any nerves or discomfort. I really appreciated how attentive and professional she was.
