Very disappointed that the Buyer was at present at my closing. I was told he had dropped by in advance and signed all documents but I had questions that only he could answer.. In addition, Mrs. Welch was not friendly either , strictly business, and non personable. I do give credit to the receptionist upfront though, she was very polite, greeted me with a smile and thanked be for my business.
