I first went but wasn't expecting much since no one else was able to help my hip and lower back pain. Dr. Armaly gets right to the point with his questions and I immediately felt better. I went consistently for a few weeks, months and now only need to go occasionally when I overdo it. Dr.Armaly is so caring and just a good person. I am grateful for his help.

After almost 2 years of irregular, confounding leg pain, Dr. Armaly was able to offer our otherwise athletic, healthy daughter relief and a path forward for healing. Our visits to several medical professionals were helpful to rule out orthopedic issues, vascular abnormalities, hematological problems and autoimmunity. (She has been very well studied in more than one state!) Dr. Armaly was able to connect the root cause to nerve flow and his skilled realignment gave her immediate relief. I moved to Greenville in May from South Florida. I was in so much pain I could barely function. I read his reviews and felt Dr.Armaly was a perfect fit. By day 3 I was feeling better! It is now September. I followed all his advice and see him now once a week. Absolute Godsend! I had a massive brain hemorrhage and stroke 9 years ago. I am walking so much better, posture is better, no pain, happy mood, and moving well. Dr.Armaly has a lot of experience and knowledge and truly cares about the best interests of his patients.
