Brooke is the most patient and attentive hairdresser I’ve ever had… anywhere. I’m so particular and she listens to my every need. I don’t know what I’d do without her! Seriously!

Very bad experience .It took over a year to get a wig when I did it was to big they cut it to where it was to small can't even wear it .Plus they mess the bang up .10,000 dollar for nothing.

Over the past 6 years I've had major hair loss. A stylist put my system on and completely butchered it. They ruined my hair and the manager Lisa made every excuse in the book for the stylist without discussing anything with the stylist...I forget her name. I will never go to another hairclub again because of this experience!

I had high hopes for Hair Club, but my experience has been really disappointing. The hair quality is terrible it looks and feels cheap, and doesn’t blend naturally at all. After spending a small fortune, I expected something professional, but what I got was the opposite.
The salon itself feels outdated and in serious need of a refresh. The equipment and decor look like they haven’t been updated in decades, which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence when you’re trusting them with something as personal as hair restoration.
To make things worse, the prices keep going up, but the quality and service definitely aren’t improving. It feels like they care more about squeezing money out of customers than providing real, lasting results. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere, there are much better options out there for hair restoration.

I really wanted to like Hair Club, but unfortunately my experience has been far from positive. The quality of the hair itself is not great — it doesn’t look or feel natural, and after a few weeks, it started to lose its texture and shine. For the price they charge every month, I expected something much better.
Speaking of price, the monthly cost is extremely expensive for what you actually get. It feels like you’re paying premium rates for very average results. On top of that, the salon’s overall aesthetic is very tacky and dated. The building looks old and worn down, and the atmosphere just doesn’t feel clean or professional.
Overall, I regret signing up. Between the poor hair quality, outdated environment, and high ongoing costs, it’s just not worth it. I would recommend exploring other hair restoration options before committing to Hair Club.

Love this place! Everyone is warm and friendly but professional at the same time. Texia did a great job with my hair and made me feel so comfortable. And Anthony always greets you with a smile on his face and promptly follows up on everything. I know I’m in good hands here. Highly recommend!

i never get my refund $1500 they worry about only money not customer satisfaction.if customer not happy at list give them refund but i never get it.so pls before u sign any paper read terms and conduction.my suggestion is give money after u get done
