About Greenville Rheumatology & Allergy
Greenville Rheumatology & Allergy has received mixed reviews from patients regarding their experiences. Many patients praise the caring and knowledgeable staff, particularly Dr. Ezealah and Dr. Mathis, who take the time to listen and address individual health concerns. Patients appreciate the thoroughness of their consultations and feel valued during their visits. The front office staff, including Ms. Lisa and Ms. Clara, are also recognized for their understanding and compassion. However, a common point of criticism is the long wait times, with some patients expressing frustration over the lack of clarity regarding appointment times and the extended periods spent in the office before seeing a doctor. Despite the wait times, many patients express that the quality of care received is worth it, indicating a strong commitment to patient health and satisfaction at Greenville Rheumatology & Allergy.
I am so pleased with this office, and staff. I saw Dr Mathis for my initial visit , and was very happy with her care. I felt heard, and seen and overall really enjoyed the interaction and experience. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I don’t know where the bad reviews come from, but my wait time wasn’t bad at all, and even if it were it is worth it to me after a year of declining health with no answers. I’ll happily sit in this office for the care and help they can provide me.
The wait time is ridiculous.....found out, we really don't have appointment times, they are called arrival times. What a joke..arrive at proper time & sit for 2 hours to see the doctor for maybe 10 minutes.
I followed Dr E when she opened her practice. She was the first Dr that actual set down with me went over my history, systems, etc. The others had just wanted to push pain pills. She found the problem and has continued to work with me to treat the cause.
