Just saw Dr. Ezealah today for the first time and she was wonderful!! She spent time really explaining things to me and answering questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed and felt cared for!! The team was also phenomenal..my nurse and lab tech were so helpful and supportive! I know some have said things about the wait being long sometimes but it’s worth it when a doctor is intentional with their patients!
I am so pleased with this office, and staff. I saw Dr Mathis for my initial visit , and was very happy with her care. I felt heard, and seen and overall really enjoyed the interaction and experience. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I don’t know where the bad reviews come from, but my wait time wasn’t bad at all, and even if it were it is worth it to me after a year of declining health with no answers. I’ll happily sit in this office for the care and help they can provide me.
The wait time is ridiculous.....found out, we really don't have appointment times, they are called arrival times. What a joke..arrive at proper time & sit for 2 hours to see the doctor for maybe 10 minutes.
