    Greenville House Cleaning has done an excellent job in providing timely and excellent turnover service for our short term rental. They a quick to respond and meet the schedule needed. I highly recommend their company.

    Greenville House Cleaning was great to work with for our Airbnb cleaning. They were professional, easy to communicate with and did a wonderful job. We always maintained 5 star reviews from guests about cleaning. We would highly recommend John and his team!

    Stop what you’re doing and call Greenville House Cleaning!! I moved into my new place a couple of weeks ago but the previous tenant had not really done, or had done, the kind of cleaning they were supposed to do upon moving out. I searched locally for someone to come do a deep clean on my new place and am ASTOUNDED at what a great job Greenville House Cleaning did and I’m a clean freak so I’m looking at the small things. I usually keep my place clean enough to impress visitors being a single guy and bachelor BUT I’m so impressed at the level of service, and the rate, that I’m having them come once a month from now on!! They rock!!

    Disappointed in the quality of work and professionalism of the owner. We were using GHC regularly and were mostly satisfied with the quality of work. However, we were noticing some build-up in our home and decided to change our normal bi-weekly cleaning to a deep clean service. I was extremely disappointed to see that build-up in our shower, sinks, and on our baseboards were not taken care of. It was also apparent the tops of our cabinets were not dusted because there were still cobwebs. All of these were reasons I requested a deep clean in the first place. We also checked our security camera and noticed the cleaner wasn’t in our home much longer than our normal cleaning service time. I emailed the owner to let him know we were not satisfied and even included pictures of some of the areas missed. That day a lady showed up to our house without warning to “touch up the areas.” I was unaware she was coming since I was at work and missed a call from a number and lady I had never heard from. The nanny caring for our daughter did not open the door, assuming it was a solicitor. I texted the lady back explaining that I appreciated the prompt response but we need advance notice to ensure I’m not on a work call and my 1 YO daughter isn’t napping. I played phone and email tag with her and the owner for a few days. The owner left me a VM insinuating that I was being too particular and that he didn’t think what she missed was a big deal and that he would take $20 off of our $375 bill and give us a discount for being repeat customers (which we never received). I told him and the lady that I didn’t feel confident our home was cleaned given the things I had observed and a clean home is extremely important to me especially because we have a child crawling around. I couldn’t believe his solution was to take $20 off instead of re-do the cleaning to our satisfaction or simply charge us only the regular cleaning price. It all ended with the owner and my husband getting into an argument over the phone and the owner taking absolutely no responsibility for the way our house was (or wasn’t) cleaned. Never once did we get an apology from the owner about the quality of work - only excuses. Needless to say we won’t be using them again and will not recommend to anyone.
    I agreed to pay a prorated amount for the amount of time the cleaner spent in our home, relative to the normal rate. Now, the owner continues to email me threatening to report me to the credit bureau for failure to pay the total amount.
