Letti came out and introduced me to FirstLight Home Care. I was so impressed with her that I didn’t talk to any other company. Within 24 hours she had someone set up to come. As it turned out, we didn’t have the need for in-home care as my husband passed away, but I would recommend this group to anyone!
We needed some additional help for our grandmother and were given Taylor’s name and contact information to call and learn more about the services offered and how she could assist us. Taylor did a wonderful job explaining everything and answering all of our questions. She was very nice, easy to talk to, and made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the conversation. We truly appreciated her time, knowledge, and care.
