The floor plan options are great. Quality of work, they cut corners. They are willing to come back out to fix issues. My biggest complaint is that they sod the front yard and seed the backyard. Lazy, cost cutting bull crap that never looks good after. Prepare for added costs for landscaping after purchase.

I built a home with eastwood back in 2019 and I have had 6 floods in my home from poor plumming the first 2 happened the first year they fixed and now pipes are coming apart inside walls and causing major flooding in my home the worst company ever to build a house with never came back to fix issues that were suppose to be fixed and now I keep ha ing to have my home renovated because of poor plumming I will never recommend them to anyone

Lovely 4 bedroom house with 3.5 baths. Then we moved in. House is crooked everywhere, poorly insulated, the a/c and furnace weren’t rated for a 2600 sqft home. The windows weren’t installed properly, they’re cheap as heck too. Had the misfortune of purchasing an Eastwood home 12/23. Sold it fifteen months later. Just glad it’s someone else’s burden.

I had the pleasure of being invited to Eastwood Homes Grand Opening for there Build on your lot Program, now offered in Greenville County and the surounding areas. Joel Deweese the New Home Specilest is very knowledgeable and have a lot of good resources for buyers to help with the process of biulding a new home. He is a great asset for this location. The Showroom is beautiful with a lot of great option for customizing your new home to choose from. I highly recomemed stoping by for a vist.

This is the worst company to ever purchase a home from. They use the cheapest of the cheapest materials, and hire the bottom of the barrel sub contractors to build their homes. When our home was being built we discovered several major issues that the subs were trying to cover up, but we caught what we could, and had them fix it. They also used the cheapest ridge cap they could find on our roof, which was verified by 3 different roofing companies. The roofers pointed to other homes in our neighborhood to show us the comparison. This company has been terrible since we closed on our house, and no one could ever fool me to purchase an eastwood built home again. You've been warned!!!!!

The only developer in the entire upstate that does bidding wars! Also, 0 customization options for buyers. If you ask me, it seems like this company is going under, and quickly. There has been lots of suspicious activity, secretiveness and silence on their end.

Eastwood was the worst buying experience my roommate has had. I have been with her during the whole process and saw how they brushed her off, were no responsive to her questions prior to closing, and would not take ownership for issues that arose during construction. Her buying agent missed her closing date and called a week later to give her information on what to do during closing and when she told him she closed a week ago he blamed someone for not knowing. A construction worker relieved himself (#2) in her guest bath when there was no running water. This was discovered during her inspection and included in the write up. A water pipe busted and the project manager took weeks to get someone out there and then said it was an air problem. The only reason she has not posted a review is because in her contact it literally says she cannot post negative comments on social media. DO NOT BUY from this company.
