I had a great experience with Eastergard HVAC and highly recommend their services. Charles Binns came out this afternoon to service my unit and was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
It’s refreshing to work with a company that values customer service and employs technicians who are both skilled and respectful. Thank you, Charles, and the entire Eastergard HVAC team for providing such great service.
Miguel has serviced all the HVAC units at our business for years now and is always super friendly, efficient, and professional. He has even followed up on previous work without being asked to, just to be sure everything was still functioning properly. He is simply an exemplary technician!
Josh has been a tremendous blessing to me since the very first time he came to my house. I know that I can trust him completely. He may not instantly know what my problem is when I have one, but he does not give up until he figures it out and fixes it for me. So few in the world that we are living in care, especially when there is not an obvious answer--- but there is definitely a problem. So when I find a person like Josh who will put forth that kind of effort to actually figure out and take care of my problems, I want to make sure he is the one who is also maintaining the equipment so I can avoid any unnecessary issues.
