I don't get to say this often, but I enjoyed my interactions with Crawlspace Medic. Tyler did an excellent job with his inspection and answered all my many questions to my satisfaction. He quickly responded to my several emailed questions. The quote from CM was clear, well itemized, and was in the same ballpark as another encapsulation company.
This is not a five star review!!
I am not happy with the job this company did for the cost. They did not do their best at all. They only replaced insulation over the sump pump. The contractor that was supposed to come and do a final inspection of the work never showed. Under the plastic is dirt and gravel no other pad like other companies advertise.
Added encapsulation to entire crawlspace. Had mold and moisture issue. CS Medic teams removed all of the old insulation and degraded vapor barrier, used a biocide to kill existing mold, cleaned out all of the debris, encapsulated the crawlspace and installed a dehumidifier in just 2 1/2 days. Looks great and smells much better. Trevor and Dee and the whole crew did a great job. They were all professional in their interactions with us and in their installation of the encapsulation. Great people to work with.
