Went here, as an unlimited CP member from out of state, visiting for the July 4th weekend. I was welcomed, and found this studio clean, and fellow students supportive. Dawn the instructor made me feel like one of the gang. I'll be back!

Rebekah was super fun, gentle, yet firm and helped make the time pass with just enough variety to work everything! This was my first class after the intro. So glad for the time well spent!

She makes the class flow so smoothly!!! Fabulous instructor!!! She is always 3 steps ahead of the group anticipating our every need. Her knowledge of body mechanics and her ability to adapt to meet each client’s physical limitations is unmatched! We are BLESSED to have her as an instructor!! ❤️
