Charming Nails

My nails are absolutely beautiful. I was seated right away and they didn't waste any time getting started. I was so impressed by the service and attention to detail. I am so happy to have a found a new nail place closer to me. It had been so long since I had had a manicure or nails at all and Kyle did an EXCELLENT job. I will be back in 3 weeks for a fill in. Thank you!! ?

Had a great experience today with my great granddaughter. It was her first time having her toes and nails painted ? the nail technician(s) were so sweet and patient. They made her feel so special, just like a princess!!!

I've been to this salon and had a good experience before but today not so much. My nail tech was on a personal call for my entire pedicure. Management never pulled her off to the side to tell her to get off the phone. It was a stressful call and could've waited till after business hours. There was no relaxation at all. She did a good job , but it could've been great if she had focused on me. Also everyone, all customers could hear the call. Very unprofessional.
