I had a deeply disappointing experience with this home health company. I sought their services to help care for my sister, who is unwell and truly needs support. Without notifying me, they discharged her, claiming it was unsafe. My sister is a 65 year old women on continuous oxygen and very weak. I received no prior communication or opportunity to understand or address their concerns. This left my sister without care and me scrambling to find alternatives. I would expect clearer communication and proactive resolution from a care provider entrusted with a loved one's health.

Liz was my PT for help with recovery after a major abdominal surgery. Liz is an excellent listener, is caring and able to offer different ways to reach the same goal. She worked with me at my level and supported my advancement. I had had Liz for PT back in November and December after a previous surgery and was so happy with her care and assistance that I wanted to be sure I worked with her this time as well. She is a valuable asset to the Centerwell team and a professional and caring provider.

I was very happy with my PT Liz. She was so caring and tried her best to help me in the crazy situation that I was in. I would recommend her to anyone needing a kind and caring PT. Eric was absolutely wonderful when he did his evaluation to release me from home health and on the outpatient. He was a wealth of information that was very valuable to us. Leah, who stepped in for Eric for my 30 day evaluation was also very helpful with so much information I could use in my rehab. Unfortunately, none of the above were able to see any improvement in my situation with my foot, but I am not giving up that an answer will be found and I will be able to bend my ankle again and wiggle my toes and hopefully even drive! Thank you so much for all the wonderful care and I would not hesitate to recommend CenterWell to anyone I know who requires home care.

My dad really really enjoys doing therapy with Liz Merkle. Her fun and enthusiastic character makes dad look forward to her visits! And we owe a great gratitude to Liz because she is the reason we found out Dad's blood pressure was dropping very very low which was causing him to pass out. When I told her what was happening, she immediately said she had a hunch and tested Dad's blood pressure in different positions and documented that it was dramatically dropping when he stood up. After that the home health nurse documented the same and we were able to get treatment for him. Thank you so much Liz for everything you do!
