I had an appointment at 2:30 and was informed my waxer was still with another client but was finishing up. I get it, sometimes things run over. About fifteen minutes later, I was asked if it mattered if another waxer took care of me. I didn’t mind since this was my first wax at this place and didn’t know one waxer from the other. Bella took my appointment and took great care of me. She took her time, made sure I was comfortable, and ensured I was happy when I walked out. So 5 stars to Bella! But I have to take a star for not being seen at my appointment time.
I am a very loyal person but being as though my wax lady changed her availability, I needed a Brazilian wax EXPEDITIOUSLY. I searched this place and a lot of people left positive reviews about Kimberly so I decided to give them a try. Kimberly was sweet and fast! I was nervous about trying someone new after 4yrs of going to one person but Kimberly did an amazing job
I was paired with Kimberly K; she was so friendly which is a major plus in my book. Once the conversation starts flowing the wax pulls aren’t on your mind. Although I don’t live in Greenville but will come through a lot and Kimberly is going to be my waxer. Until next time Kimberly
