We had a great experience with all team members at the Greenville Location. Clay especially is knowledgeable and responsive. We had a problem with a system we put in 2 years ago and the company that put it in told us they could not fix the issue. Blue Ridge came in and fixed the issue with ease and professionalism.

Blue Ridge is wonderful to work with. Their annual plan is great for preventative maintenance, and they are quick and professional if anything ever becomes a problem. They are incredibly thorough with their reports and always friendly and professional. Elaina was our technician this time and she was awesome to work with. Kept me updated every step of the way and was transparent what work needed to be done in the short-term (replace capacitors) and it was all able to be completed in the same visit. Their reports with pictures are great for records and peace of mind.
