For kids, the school focuses on self-defense using the Aikido method. It teaches them practical self-defense to protect themselves from bullies, kidnappers, and school shootings.Mr. Beckham teaches values, discipline, and physical fitness, rather than competition. He takes his job seriously and can be very strict. He convinces them that whatever they do, they must do it to the best of their ability. Beckham Martial Arts & Fitness has been absolutely wonderful for both my boys. The values, discipline, confidence and of course self defense methods that are taught here have been a great help in my children's development. We look forward to the continued growth and development for years to come from such a wonderful person. I recommend if you are looking for the positive guidance and all above mentioned or more for your children check Beckham's out, you will not be disappointed. One of the best decisions I could have made for my kids.

My son is practicing for his 3rd year with Mr. Beckham. This is a very serious school of Martial Arts where children (and adults) are taught discipline, practice, and gain confidence. It’s not a child’s play gym. We have a lot of respect for the school and Mr Beckham and are very appreciative of this practice.
