Had an opportunity this past week to work with ATD on updating my insurance policy for roof work done about 5 years ago. I neglected to provide the proper documentation to my insurer when work was completed, so my policy was out of date.
Let me say, I figured it was going to be a hassle being so long ago. However, with Mike's help it was pretty painless. He was able to pull the original contract, completion photos, and email them the same day. Two days later the underwriter got back to me, and I'm current.
