I am a professional body piercer and I ordered two boxes of needles. My package came ripped open, and the needle boxes, as you can see, were also ripped open. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly combative, accusatory, and rude. I’m worried that these needles could’ve been potentially tampered with and instead of being helpful, she said that there was “nothing they could do” because this had “never happened before” again with an incredibly rude tone. I wasn’t even asking for a refund… I’m giving it two stars because I do love these needles, but these people need better customer service.

Love this place. They have absolutely EVERYTHING you would need & the prices are great. The people who work here are always willing to help you and talk shop. I never feel hurried or unwelcome here. Do yourself a favor, and bring yourself in there to shop. You won't be disappointed. 💪🙌👌

These people are awesome and they help you out with whatever questions you may have and they normally have anything you need in stock and when you order , shipment is super fast. Thanks for yalls help. I never shop anywhere else.

ICE CREAAAAAM TRUCK!!!!!!! Dave is the absolute best. Hes always kind and he gives us good upsells and the best products for our needs. He does great under pressure when we are all spouting our demands at once. Because we have no manners. He let's me pilfer through the vast options of colors. Overall yall have been a godsend because im constantly forgetting to order things. Thank you so much for putting up with us.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this company! They go above and beyond to service a tattoo artists needs, from shipping items if need be to replacing an order if it goes missing! The team that comes by Asheville NC are fantastic people to work with and I love bringing my business to them (and now even the girls at the shop I work with go through them!).

Only place I will shop. Been buying from them for many years. Recently moved back to the area so I was able to visit the new location and it felt like heaven walking through the doors.... They have EVERYthing, it's local,and the employees are extremely knowledgeable.
