They advertise as a 'Neighborly' company, but I would say their service is much more person than just neighborly! They installed a new A/C for my disabled sister after a lighting strike destroyed hers. They helped with her insurance company, who I was so very disappointed in! Helped to make her more comfortable, while we waited 4 weeks for State Farm to make up their minds! Were always quick to call us back and were so sympathetic to my sister's situation. It was a very positive, pleasant and personal experience. They try to do the best job they can for their clients. A special shout out to Travis, David, Noah and Perry. With temperatures in the 90s to 100 i knew getting a service technician would be hard to hire. But it was opposite really. I got a technician the next afternoon

Sean instantly put me at ease. He's very professional, has great communication skills and I really felt like he knew what he was doing. I felt like doing the job well was important to him and was his top priority. I rarely feel like that about service people. I have zero complaints. I would definitely recommend.
